Wiki-encyclopaedia and Internet library in Croat-Kaykavian
ABSTRACT: This is a new Wiki-Encyclopaedia and Internet-Library in Croat-Kaykavian dialect spoken by 1/3 (31%) of northwestern Croats around Zagreb capital. It is open and free for listening and copying. This includes also an Internet-Library in Croatian with the original authorized contributions in poetry, prose, scientific news and the last discoveries. This is not a general pop-wiki in Croatian - but a special thematic database on internet both in Croatian and English (or other major languages) covering in detail the Kaykavian ethno-culture of northwestern Croatia, and related diaspora in the world, and various other topics with Kaykavian correlations. Most articles have an English subtitle, and longer ones also an Abstract in its first chapter; our emigrants and foreigners can write in English. Its prefered language is Kaykavian, with added subtitles in main dialects (Kaykavian and Chakavian); if an article is written in Kaykavian then it can cover any topic in world. Professional-scientific subprojects included
Within the main coverage of this Wiki-encyclopedia (WikiKay) some special thematic groups of our superior interest are included, so far being generally blurred and neglected in Wikipedias and elsewhere because of ignorance or for ideological presumptions. Therefore, besides a general encyclopedia in Croat-Kaykavian, this Wiki includes also some special thematic areas lacking elsewhere, to be developed in details as parallel sub-projects:
l. WikiFlora Carsica: biogeographic survey of plants diversity in Croatian calcareous areas (chiefly in Dinaric Alps).

Old-Croat language: early origin and history of Croatian language (7th- 18th century).
3.
Urban Kaykavians: cultivated dialect of Kaykavian citizens
(purgeri) in middle Croatian towns.

Why this Kaykavian Wiki ?
Beside yet existing Croatian Wikipedia (nearly 70.000 titles), this Kaykavian Wiki was needed for more reasons:
1. The actual CroWP is a wide general encyclopedia of the World in Croatian literary standard, but special details on Kaykavians (1/3 Croats at Zagreb) there are scarce and not accurate: now in Kaykavian Wiki this is the main and cardinal topic, and general topics are present only if linked with Kaykavians.
2. Kaykavians and their ethnoculture are a major group of 1/3 Croats (31 %) around the capital Zagreb.
3. Many important Kaykavian topics in CroWP are absent because of overlooking, indolence, taboos, etc. - this will be elaborated in details here.
4. CroWP is strongly unilingual - exclusively in standard SerboCroat, but the needed and important texts for foreigners in major languages on Kaykavian topics are absent: actual WikiKay is polyglott.
5. CroWP is restricted exclusively in Shtokavian neo-Croat (Serbocroat standard) and any other dialects are neglected: now in WikiKay and parallel WikiCha all dialects are elaborated including Chakavian, Kaykavian, etc.
